Would a new style starter cover work with my clam shell air box. Does it fit up right?

The R 100T is a high compression engine. It needs premium fuel. It will run on unleaded fuel.

That R100T is a fine motorcycle. With it's high compression it makes about 5 extra hp. You didn't say anything about syncing the carbs (and cables) ...
