The Illinois Airheads will gather near Peoria Illinois for the Grand National TT race at the Peoria Motorcycle Club race park. The race is scheduled for Aug. 21. We have camping space reserved at Jubilee College State Park. Loop B, spaces 13 thru 17.

The Grand National TT race is sanctioned by the American Flat Track association. The thing is; the PMC track is not flat. There is a jump and a dog-leg on the back stretch and the front stretch runs up hill. It is a spectacle unlike any other in motorcycle racing in the U.S.

The Illinois Airheads started hosting this event at the prompting of longtime Airhead member, Mike Cummings. Sadly, Mike is no longer with us. However, we will continue in honor of his memory. Mike absolutely loved the TT race at the PMC race park. However ,not every one likes racing. Many of our attendees mill about at the campsite, or go find other interesting things to do.We will have typical camp out provisions. There is good food available locally for those who are so inclined.
