Can someone point me to a good step by step online tutorial on 32 mm carb rebuild?

I've read snowbums pages, but honestly, his stuff just confuses me.

He referenced an article in BMWMOA magazine, but I can't find it online.

These are really simple devices. Just take your time. Only disassemble one carb at a time to keep from interchanging parts. And plan on replacing all the "rubber" parts... including the rubber pipe between the carb and head.

I find it best to clean the very, very tiny pilot jet hole with a strand of copper from a discarded household power cord. There is a second tiny jet for the choke in the bottom of the float bowl.

The hardest part is getting the carbs back in sync when everything is ready.

Good luck.

Owning an old Airhead is easy.
Keeping an old Airhead running great is the true test.
