I am getting start on putting together a spreadsheet that contains the intervals at which my r100rt needs or requires its maintenance. This is to aid in making sure I am keeping timely maintenance for items that need my attention on regular intervals. Has anyone ever stepped down this road before? Basically, I'm trying to get some ideas how to structure a spreadsheet that would house simple things like Oil Changes, Spline lubes, carb maintenance, ect ect.

Initially I was putting this into a spreadsheet format as this would be easiest way to maintain, but would love to program in maybe VB an app that would replace the spreadsheet eventually. Would be cool to be able to input your mileage and the spreadsheet would or could list out items of maintenance to keep in mind and or check. Of course there are items that need attention every time you ride which would be unnecessary to add to the spreadsheet but items like mentioned before would be nice to have a reminder of the maintenance item.

Either way, was curious if anyone in the community had ever put together such a list of items before to help aid in learning more about these motorcycle?
