Here is the latest version of the announcement which was composed by my trusty assistant David Crawford;

Race Saturday 8/18/2018 Campout 8/17/2018 ( Friday night ) and 8/18/2018 ( Saturday night )
Campout at Jubilee College State Park 13921 US Highway 150, Brimfield, Illinois 61517
Sites 22 and 23 loop A reserved, sites have electricity so phones should be able to be charged. Showers and ****ters close.
Sites cost $25 a night up to 4 people/ site
This is an Illinois Airhead Beemer Club last minute event we have 2 sites for 2 nights, we will have coolers and ice and will do something for food.
Tickets for race you handle
I am not going to race so will be able keep an eye on things at the campground
Cost = cost of campsites divided by # of campers
No charge for having fun
All welcome

We might over run the 4 person per site limit. I am confident we can sweet talk our way around any challenge. If that doesn't work, we can throw money at it .

If you want to show up before Friday it's ok myself ( DAVID Crawford) and 2friends are coming up Thursday to the campsite, loop A #22 or #23 look for a bronze colored /7 with the flambu red front fender or a white 2002 ford F 150 or a Orange Harley XR 1200, if you see none of the above look for the oil spots where the /7 was parked.

We now have sites 21 to 24 and we have a master bar-b-que-er camping with us. One of my local guys who rides a Conours. He will bring a camper.
