Rebuilding a Works Performance Shock

I got a deal on a used Works Performance shock for my '88 R100RT. Now all I have to do is have it rebuilt and confirm the spring rate and valving will work for me. Does anyone have a recommendation for a shock rebuild specialist? Live in SoCal but willing to ship it.

Ted Porter at Porter's Beemer Shop carries a wide lineup of shocks, and Works may be one of those. He is definitely one of THE guys on BMW shocks.

Owning an old Airhead is easy.
Keeping an old Airhead running great is the true test.

Thanks. I knew Ted P from some head rebuild work he did for me. He says he doesn't do Works Performance but does sell Wilbers (sp?) and Olins.
