I'm looking for some advise.
I have a '73 R75/5 needing a RH cylinder, piston and head.
What fits? Any differences in /6 parts?

If replacing just the right side, I'd stick with r75/5 parts. Mixing and matching from other bikes can be done, but can lead to other 'things'. These parts are still plentiful, so there isn't a real reason to use anything but an r75/5 piston/cylinder/head.
