I'm hoping to confirm which type/capacity tank is mounted on this bike. Thanks in advance for any accurate detail. Please contact me if you have one available or know of one that is. Cheers.

Thanks Harry. Next trick will be finding one not attached to a $36,000 bike...

$36,000???? That's insane! Yeah, contact Stephanie Meyers in Germany for a Hoske. Or Ray Becker in Monterey, Mass. He sometimes has a decent stash of cool tanks for /2's.

Thanks 14652. That bike at MAX is an absolute stunner, but $36k+ is pretty effin' stout. I found a tank at Blue Moon and they're asking $3,500 for it. Looks like a nice tank, but still too rich.
Dug deeper into the Euro market and found a similar 38L, only this one has a glove box and is in the hundreds. Looks pretty promising. Hopefully that's the case once it shows next month!
Thanks again to you both for pointing me in the right direction. This build has been years in the making and the pieces are finally beginning to fall into place. Good stuff.

Anyone offering up a Steib sidecar for a smokin' deal?!

i have this Heinrick 10gal for a /2 .... it does not have the front frame mount support
it's in good shape, has old peels of a sealer inside.
i always wanted to trade for the same to fit my R90. I don't really want to weld in a front frame support to make this work
for a straight trade ONLY. The bummer about fitting this to an R90/100 is it renders the seat tool, battery access NILL.......
Has mount kit, keys and rubber side knee pieces.
ps, I haven't found my /2 type frame for a conversion. 🙁 🙁

That tank is smokin. I can't imagine it wouldn't yield enough to cover the obligation on an R90 specific equal. Go list that gem!

Nice! Does it have the capacity stamped on the bottom? Maybe a 30L?
