Has anyone replaced the rubber seal on the under-seat toolbox? What adhesive works to stick neoprene to plastic?

I've used this 3M product on the same issue, toolbox lid. Also used to secure rubber gasket to windscreen in the corners. Still holding after 4 years. Wear rubber gloves, it sticks to skin too.

Many thanks Rick. I had my eye on a different 3M cyanoacrylate product, but this looks better.
