So, I was having issues at the beginning of this season with voltage regulator failures. After the third one failed I threw in the towel on trying to find the cause and turned the bike over to my friend at his airhead shop.
During his troubleshooting he contacted Rick at Motorrad Electrik, the company I purchased the upgraded charging system from ten or more years ago. I have to say Rick was super in taking time to discuss not only things I had looked at but took the time to talk to Glenn and discuss other issues.

The result is now my charging system is working 100%, LOL, I didn't get a huge bill and there is riding left to do this season.

I can't say enough good about Rick, not only has he written a very good charging book every airhead owner should have but to take time out of a busy day to address an issue at length is terrific customer service.

As an addition I would like to say thank you to Jodie at EME for being nice enough to replace one of the regulators no questions asked I had blown. St.
