My 1976 R90/6 with my 1975 R90/6 in the background on the lift. Took the 1976 down to the frame and had the frame powder coated and the tins painted. Just installed siebenrock power kit and love it.

Thanks, this is my first R bike, had no idea of the hidden charm of these bikes. I have ridden for over 60 years, yeah I know a genuine Olde Farte, and wrenched and ridden most brands out there. still ride year round, today I did 300+ Km on mainly back roads here on Vancouver Island, and just am infatuated with the R75. What a great vintage ride these things are. I have discovered that tires - Avons - and tire pressure make all the difference. on these bikes.

74 R60/6 with her oilhead sister...a few years ago I replaced the jugs, pistons and carbs from a wrecked, low mileage R75/6 to carry my fat ass up hills with full panniers without having to downshift...

This may take me several tries. Sorry. Want to get the pick embedded rather than attached...

@10385 Very Nice bike - you have the same engine bars (crash bars) I have on my R75/5 - haven't seen many others?

@gpopovichcastlerockwinery-com

Thanks! I've had those bars on that bike for 2 or 3 decades now and I only had to use them once!

@r2k hello. I ride with a Hannigan fairing as well. What is the “winglet” spoiler on your windshield?
