Very nice! WHat can you tell me about those mirrors?
Me and Günter, my '76 R60/6 out on the Blue Ridge Parkway last summer.
He's got some transmission issues that need to be sorted, but looking forward to some more trips this summer.
My R100LT - basically an Austalian model of the R100RT
Bought minus the body work and saved it from being a Steampunk'd
I have been collecting parts for 5 years and now dragging it out for a rebuild
At this stage I am just bolting it all together and seeing whats I am still missing

My 1978 R80/7 that I inherited from my dad and restored over several years! Almost entirely stock, aside from a wider bar. Sadly, it was stolen last week in southern British Columbia... hoping to see it again someday, so if anybody sees such a bike, please reach out.
New member and new to airheads.. I believe the PO was a member here as he had a airhead tattoo.
I am a new member but this R100/7 has been mine since 1978. It is the only bike I have ever bought new. I am in NC.
Needed some new paint for the season.
Nicely done, Jason. I like the color combination.

Thanks Jim, The vinyl wrapped tank and matte rattle can just wasn't cutting it anymore.
Very nice. Did you paint this yourself? How about some details about the products and equipment?
Thanks Thunder. Yes, did it myself in the garage, condo patio, etc.
Product was actually rattle can. Pretty decent stuff called Custom Kanz (on amazon, ebay). Pretty happy with the product and outcome. In addition to that, I bought a ton of 2k clear.
