Just picked this one up on the 27th. Loving this R75
Hey fellow Airheads just joined the group about a month ago and figured this was a good spot to introduce my bike and myself. Been riding my airhead for a couple of years now and have enjoyed every given second of it. Always loved the look of the airhead and the sound, can't go wrong IMO. Anyways, my Airhead is a 1981 BMW R100RT.
My 88 R100GS in the process of restoration to original ride height..Thanks to Ted Porter, Eddie at Wunderlich America, and Ben at Ben's motorcycle works. Always available for Coffee for Fellow Riders on the way through Santa Cruz!
Another, gotta love winter in the northeast!
Please modify and try adding your photos again.

Been out riding around in this awesome weather we are having
My 84 R100RS doing it's "business" in the Arkansas Ozark's, October 18
. 🙂
I was considering a long weekend out there from Chicago. How are the roads and scenery overall? My rear tire is a bit worn in the center only. 🙁
The roads in the Ozark's are awesome!! 99% of the folks you will interact with are friendly and nice. WATCH your speed through small towns and remember, the County Sheriffs like out of state money. 🙂
Stay off the main highways - for better trip planning, order a packet from the Arkansas Tourism Commission. I have an advantage as I was born and raised in Arkansas. Missouri, Arkansas, Eastern Oklahoma, all have excellent motorcycling roads.

MOA is a different club. However, if you contact them they may have some help for you.
Owning an old Airhead is easy.
Keeping an old Airhead running great is the true test.
