I'm a new owner of an R65LS. Original blue plate and unmodified. Really looking forward to learning all about this bike and meeting the community. Thanks!

Welcome Aboard !
The first thing for you to do is contact your local Airhead district organizer (known as an "Air Marshal") and get on his distribution list for up coming events, especially a Tech Day event. At a Tech Day you'll meet all your local enthusiasts and start gaining the knowledge you seek. At each session, they typically pick 1 or 2 Airheads and work out specific bugs for the owners. So whether it's your bike or not, you'll get the "hands-on" experience you seek.
In the interim, please feel free to ask any questions you have.
All the best !
PS.... Great looking LS. You'll love it !
