Hi everyone. I just joined today and I wanted to say hello. I just started riding a BMW r90/6 1974. Been a Harley rider for 30 years and wanted a change. My friends and I have been pouring over the bike for awhile and now I'm actually riding it. It's way different then my Harley's, of course, but I love it. Riding around Lake Huron this next weekend. Anyway, happy to be a new member and look forward to sharing info with all of you.

You'll soon find that these bikes have their own quirks and eccentricities, but in an entirely new and endearing way. With a little love and attention, they reward the owner with outstanding service. First thing to do is attend your next local "tech session" and have your bike looked over. You'll make lots of new riding pals and the things you'll learn can save you lots of time and trouble.
