I am saddened to report that our Airhead brother, Mike Cummings, died on December 30th. Mike had slipped on some ice and suffered a broken leg. The last time I spoke with him, he was in a rehab type nursing home getting physical therapy. More recently, he had been released to go home.
Fellow member Niel Fulsang had been in daily contact with Mike, and when he could not reach him that day, he called one of Mike's sisters who met him at Mike's house.

Mike was a giant in our midst and will be sorely missed.

I'm very sorry to be reading this. 2018 was my first full year as an Airhead and Mike's tech day in Blue Island was one of the first events I got out and met people face to face. Mike was a generous host and went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome. I wish I had more time to get to know him better.
