To me, the reason why the BOD did not surface the Jan issue, for membership to hash out, is because it woulda resulted in endless gnashing of teeth and argument, and Jan would still be hanging in here, like a hair in a biscuit. His race was ran, and time had came for him to ease on down the road, or serve the club in some other capacity, if elected. JMHO
