Beautiful Group Campground at 8,000 feet in East Central Arizona’s White Mountains. 2 nights and 3 days, nice lake with small boat rentals, great riding, including the Coronado Trail (Once known as US666, or the “Devil’s Highway”). Several authentic Ghost towns on the way (Mogollon and Glenwood, NM, and Clifton, AZ.) Also, lots of unpaved roads everywhere, and a ride to Big Lake (almost 10,000′) is a great place to cool off! I’ll bring 2 canopies and firewood, rescue vehicle and tools. Oh, and there’s a couple good restaurants, a gas station, and a store in nearby Alpine. Luna Lake Campground is about 6 miles east of Alpine, AZ. on US180, Group campground “B” is on other side of lake from highway. See ya there!
