6th South Georgia Campout at Georgia Veterans State Park (Duck’s rally)

Georgia Airheads invite you to the Georgia Veteran’s State Park at Beautiful Lake Blackshear for camping, campfires, and camaraderie. This venue offers many recreational opportunities in addition to some great local roads with historic destinations such as Andersonville National Historic site and The National POW museum, the Georgia Rural Telephone museum, and the Jimmy Carter National Historic site among others. We had a great time the last couple of years and plan to do so again this year. Trailers are welcome but there are no hook ups in our area.

This is a BYOB event with easy access to local stores for supplies. A $50 donation covers your camping and Friday and Saturday evening meals, coffee and breakfast by Tommy again. Chef Brian will be supplying his melt in your mouth brisket again Saturday evening! After the meal Coastal Groove will entertain us again! Rally shirts will be available for purchase again this year too. Our event area (Pioneer 1 camping) has showers and restrooms for the use of attendees.

Please stop and buy a parking pass at the office ($5) this helps support the park and is required unless you have an annual pass of some kind.
