BC Airrheads will be gathering at Midway BC at Frank Carpenter Campground. This is an open event to anyone interested in Airheads. Camping is $10/night.

This will be a social event, spending time with the bike guys again. There is good German beer in Greenwood, a 15 minute ride away. The small community of Midwy has a few restaurants. I will again try to find a caterer for 2 meals. Possibly McMynns food store can help with this.

I will do a tech talk Saturday on why my bike engine destroyed itself. Vibration cracked the oil pickup that ate most everything else. I will do show and tell with the 2 different rod forgings found in this engine. I upgraded to the latest high amperage single coil and the compatible controller, I can explain what BMW has done over the years.

Other than tech, no other activities are planned, this is a gathering, especially after 2 years of lockdown.

After the gathering, I will be riding up to Nelson to spend a few days and then on to Nakusp, for the Horizons Unlimited Rally. I will be the volunteer coordinator for the event.
